Every Package Includes:

Consultation – This is the most important part of the process and what makes this program unique.  Each workout video, cardio and meal plan is customized for your individual needs.  (Examples: bad knees, vegetarian, time restraints, exercise likes, dislikes and your personal goals) are all taken into consideration when developing your personalized transformation plan to ensure you are enjoying the process, which is key to success.

Meal Plan – 80% of your success will be your daily nutritional intake.   It’s crucial in losing weight and gaining muscle.  This plan will be an example of what a healthy portioned daily intake should consist of based on your unique needs.

Cardio plan – to lose weight and be healthy, you also need to participate in cardio most days of the week.  Your cardio plan will be customized to your specific needs.  There are many ways to obtain your cardio goals, and during your consultation, we will discuss what is best for you.

Personalized Workout Videos – is your goal to lose weight? Gain muscle? Do you have a bad back, knees, shoulders?  What equipment do you have access to?  Do you have 2 or 6 days a week to work out?  All this is taken into consideration when your personalized workout videos are developed and shot just for you.  Nowhere else will you receive a customized workout video for your needs.  

Weekly or bi-weekly calls – every program is only as good as its execution.  Weekly or bi-weekly calls ensure your constant support by reviewing your food log and exercise log, as well as answering any questions you may have along the way.

24/7 email and text access – your success is MY GOAL.  I have been working with clients for over 20 years, and my reward comes when you feel great.  I am available to you always to answer questions, concerns or just to check in.

Trainerize access -  this will be the app used for communication.  It will supply your workouts, track your food log, body stats and so much more.  In the app, you will also have access to additional free workout if you find yourself needing a travel workout, stretching routine or other shared workouts for you to access.

Hi, I’m Kerstin! I am an ACE Personal trainer with over 18 years of experience helping people transform their lives, both physically and mentally.

Every client has specific goals, which are taken into consideration when designing a personalized fitness and health program. Over the years I have implemented many unique programs such as circuit bootcamp, treadmill and strength training combos, as well as outdoor golf cart path obstacle courses, all-inclusive transformation programs, and online training. To keep my clients motivated and to ensure results, no two workouts are ever the same. Clients will also receive a sub-max heart rate test in order to customize weekly cardiovascular programs which include an array of exercises, along with specific heart rate zones to prevent plateaus.

I have worked with the high school soccer player looking to improve speed and agility, the mom that is looking to lose excess body-fat, and the elderly gentleman rehabilitating after his back surgery. I am confident that no matter who you are, and no matter how old or young or how fit or unconditioned you may be, that there IS A PLAN for you! Let me help you on this journey to success!
